Victoria advises on a wide range of general corporate matters as well as on cross-border public and private M&A and corporate transactions across all sectors, with a specific focus on financial institutions, listed companies and private equity focussing on real estate.

Over the last years she has advised on some of the major M&A transactions in Luxembourg, including the sale of Nordea’s private banking business to UBS and the restructuring of SEB following the sale of SEB’s management company to Blackfin. She is an active member of our Luxembourg ECM and Real Estate task forces. Victoria regularly speaks at conferences on topics relating to corporate governance issues in private and listed companies. She joined Allen & Overy in 2013.
