Vicky advises clients across the spectrum of people-risk matters. She has extensive international commercial experience, gained from her time as a Managing Director and Senior Counsel at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, and as the first in house employment counsel at The Diamond Trading Company (De Beers Group), in London. Vicky works alongside her clients to help navigate complex and sensitive matters, often with multi-jurisdictional considerations. Vicky's investigations and contentious work has a particular focus on whistleblowing, harassment and discrimination, as well as business protection matters.

Vicky is named as a Leading Individual in the Legal 500 directory and was recognized in The Lawyer Hot 100 2019 in the Litigators category. She is recognised by clients for her "Excellent leadership" (Legal 500 2022) and for being "extremely collegiate" (Chambers UK 2021).
