Valentine specialises in all areas of real estate law and in particular in the acquisition and disposal of real estate portfolios and shares of companies with a majority of real estate assets. She is also involved in various aspects of company law, in particular through the incorporation and reorganization of companies by way of merger.
Valentine is an associate in the real estate department of A&O Shearman Paris.
