Troy Edwards



Troy is Co-Head of our Global Energy Group and head of our construction practice. He has extensive experience advising sponsors, governments, lenders and contractors on privately and publicly financed oil & gas, energy and infrastructure developments. 

Troy works in a variety of jurisdictions, including throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa and on all types of construction, tolling, supply and offtake, equity and other commercial contracts. He is a specialist in complex, first-of-a-kind transactions.

  • The project company in connection with the EastMed offshore pipeline project between Israel and Italy.
  • Noble Energy on several cross-border pipeline projects for the transportation of gas from Cyprus and/or Israel to Egypt, including the gas and LNG sales arrangements associated with those projects.
  • The project company on the cross-border Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) project in Greece, Albania and Italy.
  • Allianz Capital Partners on the 26.2 per cent equity investment in the NeuConnect HVDC interconnector project (1.4GW) in Germany.
