He has acted for both lead managers and issuers in relation to bonds issued by financial institutions, corporates and sovereigns. Tom's practice has a particular emphasis on the raising of regulatory capital.
Tom is UK Co-Head of International DCM, Derivatives & Securitization and works on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions, including standalone bonds, EMTN programmes and liability management.
