Tom Constance

Partner

Tom advises both bank and non-bank clients on a wide range of structured finance transactions, including CLOs, fund financings and securitisations. His structured finance experience covers a range of asset classes from leveraged loans, SME loans, residential mortgages, auto-loans and trade receivables. He has also spent time on secondment at the Debt Management Office, working with HM Treasury, the FSA and market participants on the Government Guarantee Scheme and the ABS Government Guarantee Scheme. He has experience of UK, European and international transactions.

Representative matters

Arqiva Financing plc, advising Arqiva on the establishment of its multi-debt issuance platform (including bank term facilities and bonds) and issuances (public and US private placements) thereunder.

A group of financial institutions as joint lead managers on the Project Ripon stapled financing securitisation for the disposal of residential buy-to-let mortgages by Bradford & Bingley plc.
