With a core focus and extensive experience in payments and fintech, Todd advises a wide range of clients, including those in the financial services and technology sectors, on the full spectrum of related regulatory, transactional and general corporate matters.

He has comprehensive knowledge of emerging payment technologies, including those related to money transmission, virtual currencies, electronic payments, and stored value, and advises clients in the structuring and negotiation of commercial arrangements involving the development and offering of related products and services. He routinely counsels clients on federal, state, and international regulatory issues, as well as legislative developments, and represents clients in matters before state and federal bank regulatory agencies.
