Sylvain specialises in corporate law and equity capital markets. His practice ranges from corporate transactions (public and private M&A, joint-ventures and corporate restructurings) to equity capital market transactions (IPOs and secondary transactions). 

Sylvain has also been involved in various private equity and energy-related transactions. He joined Allen & Overy in 2018, prior to which he spent 12 years working in the corporate and M&A practice of Clifford Chance in Brussels, Belgium.
