Stephan advises on the enforcement, assignment and licensing of intellectual property rights. He primarily oversees patent litigation for large domestic and foreign companies with a strong focus on pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
In addition to his main practice, Stephan also advises clients on IP-related corporate transactions as well as IP-strategies outside the courtroom.
Stephan combines broad technical and business understanding with more than a decade of practical experience in the healthcare sector.
