Stefanie has 10 years’ experience in advising clients on a broad range of public law and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on environmental law, product legislation and industry-specific regulations that apply to the life sciences sector. She advises on a standalone basis as well as in the context of corporate, banking and finance transactions.
Stefanie advises in particular on compliance with REACH and the Biocidal Products Regulation, as well as with product regulations (including the Machinery Directive, WEEE and RoHS) and on circular economy law. She also specialises in climate change, advising in particular on EU ETS and renewables. Stefanie further supports clients in the life sciences sector on regulatory matters, focusing in particular on pharmaceuticals and medical devices legislation.
