Sorsha is a senior associate in Allen & Overy’s tax group. Her experience includes advising on the UK tax aspects of a broad range of corporate, financing and real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity and debt capital market transactions and other structured financing transactions.
Sorsha has experience working extensively with clients on all stages of their deal, from initial structuring advice and planning, through to documentation, negotiation and implementation.
Sorsha works with all major international clients, with a particular focus on private capital, and assist her clients on projects spanning many of the major sectors including financial services, investment, real estate, infrastructure and technology.

A Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund on the tax structuring and implementation of a major reorganisation of its holding of UK real estate assets.
