Sophie van Asten

Sophie specializes in intellectual property law, and advises on a wide range of intellectual property matters. Her experience includes cross border patent enforcement in the life sciences sector and IP enforcement actions against the sale of parallel imported goods by online platforms. She also regularly advises clients on bankruptcy and continuity aspects of license structuring. In addition, she gained relevant experience in the corporate department where she assisted both corporate and private equity clients in acquisitions and disposals and advised on general (commercial) contract law.
