Simon Binn

Simon Binn is a German Rechtsanwalt in the Düsseldorf Corporate Department of Allen & Overy LLP. Prior to joining Allen & Overy LLP, Simon worked for other renowned international law firms as a trainee and research fellow in Düsseldorf. Simon advises on complex national and cross-border M&A transactions and on all matters regarding corporate law, in particular stock corporation law, limited liability company law and group law.
