Shirley has experience in a wide range of finance transactions, including general corporate financing, capital call financing, pre-IPO financing, equity margin financing, real estate financing, asset financing and leasing and securitisation.
She has worked with numerous banks and financial institutions in syndicated and bilateral loans and debt instrument issuances.
