Sheila is the UK employment team's professional support lawyer Counsel. She focuses predominately on client-facing know-how, products and training.

The employment team is widely recognised as one of the most exciting and proactive groups with regard to sharing employment intelligence with clients and Sheila is, in large part, responsible for this reputation. Sheila is renowned for bringing colour and pizzazz to everything she does. She conceived products such as "The Little Red App", an employment app for iPhones and iPads, and seminars packaged in contemporary wrappers including "I’m an employee, get me out of here” addressing constructive dismissal, and "TrickyLeaks", dealing with protecting confidential information. She is a prolific user of social media, tweeting professionally under @sheilafahy, and a regular contributor to the employment team’s blog Employment Talk.

Sheila Fahy writes on subjects including whistleblowing, social media and all equality issues and discrimination for Employment Talk published by Allen & Overy.
