Prior to joining A&O Consulting, Sam spent over five years with JPMorgan, primarily working in the Office of Regulatory Affairs, which lead the firm’s strategy and response in respect of various key pieces of financial services regulatory policy change. In addition, Sam has also been seconded to HM Treasury, working in the financial market infrastructure policy team, in particular on the Brexit no deal contingency planning.
Sam holds an MPhil in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, as well as a BA in Philosophy from the University of Manchester.
