Sadia is an associate in the London Tax practice.
She focusses on corporate tax, including M&A, corporate reorganisations and private equity tax. She has been involved on multiple deals with multinational corporate groups, advising in relation to their tax affairs and on structuring issues. On the transactional side, she has had exposure to disposals by public and private companies, complex financings (including restructurings) and corporate reorganisations.
