He heads up the banking and finance practice in Johannesburg.

He is a South African and English law dual qualified lawyer with a broad domestic and cross-border financing practice covering a wide range of debt products, with a particular focus on corporate lending, acquisition finance (including public to private), leveraged finance, real estate finance and fund finance. He is also experienced in debt restructuring.
