Rudy has more than 25 years of experience in advising international and local clients on corporate real estate transactions, complex investment structuring of real estate projects, public procurement and financing. His field of expertise includes advising on share and asset deals, due diligence, sale and lease back, real estate asset management and complex leasing transactions. Over the past five years, he has been listed as band 1 lawyer in real estate law and is well-known as one of the leading Belgian real estate professionals.

Other noteworthy experience includes advising: 

  • KIM (and GENII Capital) in the acquisition of a leasehold interest on the Régie des Bâtiments headquarers in Brussels for aboutr 140 M€.
  • GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH, an international real estate fund manager, in connection with its acquisition of all the shares of the company IMMO W 16 holding as main asset the property located boulevard de Waterloo 16 in Brussels.
  • Leasinvest and ION Holding BVBA in connection with the acquisition of all the shares of NEIF Montoyer SPRL holding the leasehold of the office property located at rue Montoyer, 14 in Brussels.
