Roxane’s practice focuses on French and European competition law, as well as distribution and consumer law matters.
Her experience includes merger control filings, as well as representing clients before EU and French competition authorities in antitrust litigations (cartels, abuse of dominant position, vertical restraints) and in the appeal proceedings against decisions issued by those authorities. She also assists companies in follow-on or stand-alone claims before national courts.
