Robin is a partner in the Restructuring practice of Allen & Overy’s New York office.

She has extensive experience representing companies, buyers and sellers and other major creditors in chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings in a variety of industries, including, upstream oil & gas, oilfield services, electric power, pharmaceutical, media, trucking, logistics, and manufacturing. Robin also represents creditors, landlords and professionals in various distressed company transactions.

Robin is a member of the New York City Bar Association Committee on Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization and the American Bar Institute. Robin is also a contributing author of Collier on Bankruptcy.

  • Upstream oil and gas production company and certain affiliates representation in connection with their non-judicial restructuring.*
  • Aralez Pharmaceuticals U.S. Inc., a global specialty pharmaceutical company that acquired, developed and commercialized pharmaceutical products, and its affiliated debtors, representation in connection with their chapter 11 cases, which included multiple sales of the company's assets.*
