Robert represents financial institutions and corporations in disputes, settlement negotiations and administrative proceedings. His recent cases include disputes from derivatives trades heard before courts and in arbitration proceedings, sanction proceedings and sanction review in administrative courts, disputes from supplies of technical equipment, disputes in relation to insurance payments, disputes from unfair competition, or incidental disputes in insolvency proceedings.

Robert is an arbitrator at the Prague Stock Exchange Arbitration Court and at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic. According to clients, Robert "gives clear, well-structured advice," while other interviewees point out that he is "able to assess and analyse complex aspects of litigation into easily absorbable parts."
