Robert has particular experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, acting principally for creditors on sponsor-backed acquisition finance.
He also has a strong background advising lenders and borrowers in general banking matters, including investment grade lending and restructuring. Robert has led, or been a key adviser on a number of the market’s most significant deals.
