Raphael Theiss

Senior Associate

Raphael advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border real estate transactions, cross-border public and private M&A, joint ventures/co-investments, equity (re)financings and capital raisings, corporate governance and corporate restructurings.

He regularly acts as key point of contact for clients, coordinating teams as needed in relation to Luxembourg structures.

Raphael is also part of the dedicated German-Luxembourg team, advising a broad range of clients, including some major banks and asset managers, on cross-border transactions.

He was also seconded to a key client of the Luxembourg office during 2023.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he worked at another leading Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg, where . Raphael worked on major cross-border transactions and restructuring matters, mainly focusing on the corporate real estate field, and was the primary corporate contact for several key private equity clients of the firm. Raphael also gained a first experience in capital market law, advising companies on their initial public offering.
