Rachel O'Reilly is Counsel in the Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure (PENRI) group of Allen & Overy LLP.

Rachel is an energy transition specialist, providing sector driven advice to a range of sponsors, investors and lenders on the development and financing of energy transition projects, particularly in the green fuels, battery and low carbon power generation sectors. She specialises in advising on the commercial and financial arrangements core to energy transition, having experience working with utilities, developers, financiers and corporates across technologies, such as low carbon hydrogen and green fuels, battery manufacturing and recycling, renewable and low carbon heat and power generation and supply (including offshore wind, solar, nuclear, CHP, heat pumps), district heating, energy efficiency, energy management, energy storage and energy network flexibility services.
