Rachel is an associate in our U.S. Employment and Benefits practice and advises clients on employment, labor, benefits, and executive compensation matters in corporate transactions, including employment-related due diligence and negotiation of transaction documents.

Rachel also counsels private companies and financial institutions on complex matters relating to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Rachel speaks Korean and Spanish and is a member of the firm’s U.S. Asian Affinity Network and the A&O Alumni Advisory Board.
