She advises on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters including the procurement, development, financing, construction, delivery and operation of infrastructure and transport projects, and associated regulatory frameworks. She has advised on some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects in the world, including a number of giga projects in Saudi Arabia, and significant infrastructure projects in Africa, UAE, UK, Australia and Asia.

Rachel works with major international clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors including state/central government departments and agencies, equity investors, pension funds, private sector contractors and operators involved the procurement, delivery and operation of complex, high profile, major infrastructure projects such as rolling stock PPPs, and road, tunnel, port, defence and maritime projects. She often works with clients whilst embedded within their legal or project teams, and is highly regarded for her dedication and committment to the success of the projects she advises on. She has practised law for over 12 years and is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales, and NSW, Australia.
