Pascal Molinelli focuses his practice on regulatory and asset management matters. He advises management companies on the setting-up, structuring and marketing of investment funds, especially, real estate funds, debt funds and private equity funds.
His experience also includes advising international investment firms, fund managers and other financial entities on a wide-range of regulatory matters. Pascal also advises financial institutions on the regulatory aspects relating to sophisticated transactions including merger, acquisition and reorganisation transactions as well as regulatory approval procedures with the French regulators.
