Oliver is a corporate lawyer based in London. His practice involves acting for funds, corporates and state-owned enterprises on a broad range of transactions including on domestic and international M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracting as well as regulatory and advisory work across the hydrocarbon, chemicals, and renewable energy value chain.
Oliver was seconded to BG Group where he worked on a range of corporate matters in relation to their hydrocarbon and power assets. Oliver has also performed the role of acting general counsel to Murphy Oil Corporation’s UK downstream businesses. Oliver was on secondment to Allen & Overy’s Amsterdam office from September 2016 until January 2017.
