Norbert is leading the ICM / DSF / Financial Regulatory team at A&O Budapest.
He has extensive – around 20 years – experience in advising clients on straight debt, covered bond, regulatory capital, equity capital market and structured finance transactions as well as derivatives matters. Norbert has been involved in providing Hungarian legal advice concerning IPOs and Eurobond issues of Hungarian corporates, derivative transactions, ISDA negotiations and structured products. Norbert’s clients include large international banks and domestic subsidiaries of international companies. Norbert regularly speaks at seminars and often delivers training as part of capacity building initiatives in Hungary.

Key Hungarian banks and corporates (including OTP Bank, OTP Mortgage Bank, MBH Bank, MOL Plc. and MVM Pr. Ltd.) on their eurobond issues.

Hungarian banks as well as global international financial institutions on their derivatives matters with Hungarian counterparties.

Hungarian mid caps (including Masterplast Plc. and Shopper Park) on initial and secondary public offerings on the Budapest Stock Exchange.

Pro bono

Speaking at seminars and often delivers training as part of capacity building initiatives in Hungary.
