Nina specialises in leveraged finance, syndicated loans, corporate lending and structured financing.

She acts for both lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border deals. Nina joined Allen & Overy in 2013 after graduating from the University of Nijmegen in Civil law and International and European law and studied at the Université de Strasbourg, France. She previously worked in the Litigation department of Allen & Overy where she focussed on arbitration, M&A-related disputes and squeeze-out procedures.
