Following his degree, Nick gained a number of years of on-site experience on large civil engineering projects, including the first PPP road in the UK before qualifying as a solicitor.

Nick provides advice throughout the project procurement process on a broad range of international projects in sectors including petrochemicals; rail; district energy; education; hospitals and large scale developments. Nick advises project sponsors on the appointment of consultants and contractors and undertakes due diligence on behalf of banks and investors providing financing to projects. He has over 20 years experience and was based in our Abu Dhabi office for 13 years.
