Natalia Celac-Taraboanta

Senior Associate

Natalia is a member of the funds practice and advises clients on general investment fund and regulatory matters in relation to Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, both within a domestic and cross-border context. She also regularly assists clients on matters relating to the structuring and ongoing operations of funds, and has experience in advising institutional investors in relation to their investments in funds established in Luxembourg. Natalia is also regularly involved in cross-border fund financing transactions.

She holds a double LLM in European Law and Public International Law from Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Natalia joined Allen & Overy in 2022, prior to which she worked for a leading international law firm in Luxembourg.

Working with PEP Den Haag, a volunteer organisation based in the Hague, the Netherlands on promoting volunteering in the Hague.
