Monika Murawska
Senior Associate
Monika is a qualified attorney-at-law in the litigation department of A&O Shearman’s Warsaw office.
She mainly focuses on contentious work for financial institutions and advises leading banks on complex financial disputes, as well as on consumer litigation related to financial products. She also has vast experience in advising financial creditors on the recovery of claims, including foreign banks participating in insolvency proceedings involving Polish companies.

A leasing company in a multi-layered commercial litigation covering brokerage commission issues, the ex-director’s liability and the termination of crucial cooperation contracts.
A state-owned investor in high-profile construction litigations and providing on-going claim management advice regarding potentially contentious warranty claims and payment retention.
