Mona Yip is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team of Allen & Overy’s Hong Kong office. She has a practice focusing on corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions (M&As).
She has experience in conducting due diligence exercises, advising on cross-border M&As, private equity investments, joint ventures, privatisation and international business reorganisations and restructurings. Mona also has experience advising on employment, commercial and compliance matters.
Mona is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
