Mohammad is an associate in our New York City Banking and Projects team having previously worked in the Singapore office with the Banking and Projects team.
Mohammad has experience in advising banks, export credit agencies and sponsors on the development and financing of cross-border infrastructure and energy projects, with a focus on renewable energy deals. He has worked on transactions in a number of jurisdictions including Taiwan, Mexico, United States of America, Brazil, Chile, Pakistan, India and Singapore. 

Mohammad previously worked in the Singapore office. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mohammad worked with a leading law firm in Pakistan and advised on multiple pioneering energy sector project finance transactions including establishment of Pakistan’s first solar, mine-mouth coal and regasified liquefied natural gas based generation facilities.
