Miklos is the head of Allen & Overy Hungary and a member of the Allen & Overy Global Banking and Finance Group working on financing transactions in the CEE and emerging markets.
Miklos has experience in a range of banking and finance transactions with a focus on complex leveraged finance, margin lending and project finance transactions. Miklos has represented lenders, sponsors, private equity firms, project companies, investors, international financial institutions and multilaterals, mezzanine lenders, sovereign funds and export credit agencies.
Miklos has also spent five years working in our Warsaw office on CEE transactions and nearly two years in the London Leveraged Finance Group (B3) working on leveraged buy-outs, public to private deals and margin lending transactions in Western Europe and emerging markets.
Miklos is qualified in England and Wales and in Hungary.
