Michał specialises in commercial and IP litigation. He has experience in a wide range of commercial disputes before international courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as before domestic courts and regulatory bodies.

Michał focuses primarily on patent and unfair competition litigation; he has represented clients in a number of landmark patent cases that have shaped the Polish life sciences market. He works primarily for major companies from the pharmaceutical, media and energy sectors.

Pro bono

  • Michał is deeply committed to pro bono activities. He is representing Polish judges in a total number of 58 on-going court proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Court of Human Rights, the Supreme Court of Justice, the Supreme Administrative Court, the general courts and the so-called “Disciplinary Chamber”. He was also involved in representing women who were for protesting against the abortion ban in Poland in 2020.
