Michaela is a lawyer specialising in employment law and joined Allen & Overy's Employment & Benefits team in 2014. She advises German and international companies in all areas of individual and collective employment law. Michaela has particular experience in collective bargaining and industrial disputes law, as well as in co-determination matters.

Furthermore, her advice includes the conclusion and termination of employment and service relationships, reorganisations, restructurings, transfer of businesses and transactions – from the diligence audits up to contract arrangements and the implementation of the transaction. She frequently represents clients in legal proceedings before labour courts. 

Michaela is admitted to the bar in Frankfurt and passed her legal clerkship in Frankfurt and New York.
