Michaela has extensive experience in all areas of individual and collective employment law. Her practice focuses particularly on advising clients on complex legal issues relating to collective bargaining and industrial disputes law.

She assists clients in collective bargaining negotiations both to defend against impending trike actions and regarding workers’ co-determination matters. Furthermore, she frequently represents clients in disputes before labour courts.

Michaela advises companies on the arrangement as well as on the termination of employment agreements both with employees and members of the board, and in connection with restructuring and outsourcing projects, staff reduction measures and other workforce adjustment projects. She assists clients in these projects from the strategic planning stage right up to their final implementation. She regularly publishes on employment law and, in particular, collective bargaining law issues.
