Matthew Bisley

Partner

Matthew specialises in advising on banking and finance transactions including real estate finance, project finance, export credit finance, asset finance (including aviation and shipping) and general corporate finance. 

He acts for leading Chinese and international banks, funds, leasing companies and corporates. He advises on both inbound financings into China by international clients as well as outbound financings by Chinese clients. Matthew has worked in the firm's Shanghai office since 2006. He speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.

Matthew has been ranked by Chambers Asia Pacific, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000 as one of leading individuals for Banking and Finance in China for many years.
