Martin is a German Rechtsanwalt with broad expertise advising on German and international capital markets transactions. Martin specialises in advising on the issuance of bonds (including Namensschuldverschreibungen) and structured products, including related regulatory matters.

Another focus of his practice is the advice on structured finance and securitisation transactions (encompassing true sale and synthetic structures in a wide variety of asset classes).
