Martin regularly advises issuers, underwriters and other market participants in connection with a wide range of capital markets transactions, including investment grade and high yield bond offerings, initial public offerings and follow-on equity offerings. 

In addition, he advises on U.S. federal securities laws and corporate governance matters. Martin joined Allen & Overy after working for several years at other leading international law firms in New York, Hong Kong and Frankfurt.
