Markéta is a litigator, compliance and employment law specialist; she is the CEE Anti-bribery and Corruption Coordinator.
Her broad experience includes advising in arbitration and court proceedings in relation to disputes arising from the privatisation restructuring of one of the leading Czech banks, joint venture claims, minority shareholders disputes, disputes related to unfair competition, administrative or employment law disputes. She regularly advises on anti-bribery and anti-corruption matters, AML and sanctions compliance and has extensive experience with conducting internal investigations. Markéta is an arbitrator at the Prague Stock Exchange Arbitration Court.
In its 2021 rankings THE LEGAL500 endorsed Markéta as a ' Rising star' for Dispute Resolution in the Czech Republic. Markéta is highlighted by her peers as a 'strong negotiator.' LEGAL500 2020
