Marco is an associate in the Italian Antitrust team, specialising in litigation and arbitration arising out of competition law issues, with a particular focus on follow-on damages actions, multi-jurisdictional disputes, as well as litigation arising out of unfair competition and abuse of economic dependence.
He routinely advises Italian and multinational companies before the Italian Antitrust Authority and administrative courts on antitrust matters. Marco also has experience in advising on the development of selective distribution systems, particularly in the pharmaceutical, automotive and e-commerce sectors.
