Małgorzata focuses on complex transactions involving commercial, residential and mixed-use properties, as well as real estate finance, development and leasing.

She has extensive experience in advising domestic and international investors, developers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants on all aspects of real estate law and practice.

Małgorzata is recognised for her commercial and pragmatic approach, as well as her ability to handle challenging and time-sensitive matters. She has been involved in some of the most significant and innovative real estate deals in the Polish market, covering various asset classes such as office, retail, logistics, hospitality and infrastructure. She has also advised on cross-border transactions and portfolio acquisitions and disposals across Central and Eastern Europe.

Experience

Representative matters

A real estate investment trust company and its partner on the sale of assets in Central and Eastern Europe for approximately EUR1 billion to GLP. The transaction includes properties located in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

7R on the sale to P3 of two logistics facilities located in Szczecin and Lódz.

Echo Investment on the disposal of different buildings within the mixed-use Warsaw Brewery project to various investors.

M7 Real Estate, the pan-European investor and asset manager acting on behalf of its M7 CEREF II Fund, on the acquisition of a portfolio of warehouse investments in the Silesia region. The transaction encompassed the purchase of logistics centres located in Sosnowiec and Siemianowice Slaskie from 7R, a leading Polish warehouse developer.
