Luke acts on new financings and post-issue matters including: liability management transactions; exercises of trustee powers, duties and discretions; complex restructurings; defaults, restructurings and liquidations; and litigation matters involving trustees.

Luke also regularly advises trust and agency providers, account banks and custodians on large scale documentary review projects, and has extensive experience of the use of legal technology solutions to deliver such projects.
