Lucie specialises in banking and finance, in particular real estate, acquisition and project financing.
Lucie has worked on many cross-border and domestic transactions across a variety of sectors, advising major financial institutions and companies. She also advises on sustainable financing matters (ESG financing) and has extensive experience in real estate development financing.

Representative matters

Accolade group in connection with a development and investment loan for financing of an industrial park in Kojetín, in the total amount of EUR137m. 
 
Accolade group on up to EUR120m facilities agreement in relation to refinancing of the existing indebtedness of its whole real estate portfolio in the Czech Republic and development of certain logistic halls provided by Československá obchodní banka and a European financial institution. 
 
Garbe group in connection with financing provided by Raiffeisenbank in relation to this developer’s largest project so far, being acquisition of real estate properties located in České Budějovice. 
 
A global financial institution on the EUR150m financing for a real estate fund and its subsidiaries relating to the acquisition of logistics parks in the Czech Republic and Poland. 
 
A financial institution on mezzanine financing for a Czech SPV acquiring 100% of shares in one of the leading manufactures in the field of residential and sanitary containers.
