Lucia has extensive experience advising international and Chinese clients on cross-border M&As, joint ventures and strategic alliances, corporate restructurings, as well as general commercial matters.
Lucia has advised clients on acquisitions and investments (particularly Renewables Energy assets) in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South America and Asia, as well as multinational corporation’s investments into China. She has solid knowledge of the Renewable Energy and TMT sectors, and is also a member of A&O Shearman’s Energy and TMT sector groups. She frequently advises corporates and investment funds in the TMT, Consumer and Retail, Energy, Fintech and Life Sciences sectors. Lucia speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.

Roivant on its launch of Sinovant, its multi-product China-focused innovative biotech company and its strategic support from CITICPE.

China Three Gorges South Asia Investment Limited on its acquisition of a 100% stake in Alcazar Energy Partners which owns solar and wind assets in the Middle East and North Africa region, via a consortium with two other Chinese minority investors.

A global financial institution on its own-account investment by the Entrepreneurs Investment Platform, the business unit responsible for its principal equity investments in private companies in APAC, into the Local Service platform following the combination of Ele.me and Koubei.
