Louise is a Professional Support Lawyer Counsel in the global antitrust group. Her responsibilities include managing the know-how resources for the global antitrust practice, providing current awareness briefings and thought leadership pieces, including our annual publication “Global trends in merger control enforcement” and our monthly newsletter commenting on key antitrust developments, “Antitrust in Focus."

Louise regularly delivers training and workshops both internally and to clients on a wide range of topics but with particular expertise in antitrust compliance and dawn raids. Louise has extensive experience of advising clients on how to comply with competition rules and managing dawn raids, as well as advising on the impact of developments in antitrust policy and regulation. She also advises clients on complex behavioural antitrust issues such as distribution arrangements and cooperation agreements between competitors, as well as abuses of dominant position.

Louise is closely involved in the group's business development initiatives and has co-developed a number of client-facing tools to assist them with their antitrust compliance activities.

Louise is currently the Assistant Editor of the Butterworth's Handbook on Competition Law (the "Purple Book") and Consultant Editor of the LexisPSL Competition online tool.
